1. Event Overview

The XRP Sydney Event is a free, private gathering for verified XRP holders. By applying, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To attend, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Hold XRP in a personal wallet or exchange account
• Provide valid proof of XRP holdings
• Agree to our Code of Conduct

3. Verification Process

All applicants must verify XRP holdings through:

• Wallet signature verification
• Exchange account screenshot (with sensitive data redacted)
• Or other approved verification methods

4. Free Entry

Entry to this event is completely FREE for verified XRP holders. We do not charge any fees for attendance.

5. Event Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In case of cancellation, all confirmed attendees will be notified immediately.

6. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to photography and videography at the event. Photos may be used for promotional purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees must follow our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event.

8. Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or property loss
• Investment advice or financial recommendations shared at the event
• Third-party services or products discussed

9. Not Financial Advice

This event is for networking and educational purposes only. Nothing shared at the event constitutes financial advice.

10. Independent Event

This event is independently organized and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ripple Labs Inc.
